My breakfast is what I prefer that morning so I never eat the same thing. Normally I have a preference for Greek yogurt topped with muesli, fresh fruit juice and vegetable mix (banana, cucumber and bell pepper, for example), and then pancakes without eggs and with soya milk.
I do not eat a an enormous lunch when I work. It's always something like a simple salad (avocado / tomato) or soup, with fruit in the afternoon.
Then at dinner, most of the time it ends in quinoa, with feta cheese, vegetables cut into thin slices, or downright fruits (mango, strawberry, pineapple) for a sweet version. I add a bunch of stuff, nuts, raisins, almonds, grated coconut, pumpkin seeds ... and I find myself with an incredible bowl.
